I really enjoyed that it was fairly clean and picture perfect, the staff were pleasant and rooms were impressive. The buffet breakfast had plenty of options for all tastes.

Beds were quite hard in this place.

Appreciated my really really nice stay out of service at the time of our stay. The staff was affable, helpful with every request. They gave me queen room with bathroom, large bed, the aircon. The breakfast had lots of outstanding food and drinks.

Clean hotel in a beautiful building very close to the center and centre of city. Late check-out.

The hotel was ideal, the room was exceptional and I loved PROFESSIONAL staff. The venue had a very central location and it was a short walk to Paseo Colon. Beds were very uncomfortable, nonetheless it was truly a relaxing stay.

We loved staying here, as check-in was good, the place exceeded all expectations. The room was huge and new-fashioned, it had climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel TV. The location was very central, marvellous and to the center city.

We loved our stay, and we would recommend the hotel. Everything was brand-new, very cheerful staff made our stay superb! Its location was pleasant, near to the center and many restaurants and the airport. The casual restaurant had reasonably priced food and top-notch service. The venue provided free drinks in the lobby.

Warm experience and good price-value balance. A lot of food at self service breakfast including meats, fresh bread, cheese, yogurt and pastries to order. Wooden furniture and personal bathroom, air conditioning, coffee and free tea in the room.

Accommodation was reasonably large and nicely designed, beds were quiet. We liked the self service breakfast - totally free.

Booked it for 2 days and had a VERY NICE experience. Pleasant ocean view and abundant breakfast. The ideal beach was located near the property.

Huge rooms, free parking. The restaurant was located within 700 feet. Besides, we parked the car on site. Appreciated it.

the snack bar onsite. it was definitely 3 stars for us. there was a free parking if one needed it. reasonable base for a city break in san jose.
